  This company has taken $5000 from me and will not return any of my emails. Look elsewhere. Here is the email I had sent to their broker last month with no response if you would like details.

  I have been working with one of your agents, Sean Rasmus, in the effort to purchase a property.  He was very helpful in my search. My offer on a condominium in Boynton Beach was accepted and we were in the process of finalizing the deal.  On October 6th he forwarded instructions to wire the deposit of $5000.00 to an escrow account.  After receiving the wire instructions I called him to confirm they were correct.  He confirmed they were correct, I then wired the money to the account specified in his email.  I sent him the confirmation from the bank that it had been successfully wired.  Subsequently it was discovered that the instructions sent to me were incorrect and my money was never received by the escrow company (Florida Land Title Insurance, LLC). It was then determined that my $5,000.00 had been sent to a fraudulent account.  Florida Land Title denies any liability for the loss citing a standard warning against wire fraud and recommendation to confirm the instructions by phone before wiring any funds.  I did not receive the email from them.  I received the instructions from Sean.  That email had no such warning.  I did call Sean to confirm the instructions.  It was incumbent upon him to confirm those instructions with Florida Land Title before he gave me the go-ahead to wire the funds.  The purchase fell through after the appraisal came in too low.  Now, due to no fault of my own, there's $5,000.00 missing from my account and I'm still looking for a home.  Since then I have been going back and forth with Sean concerning this matter.  He assured me my money would be replaced.  It is now October 27th and there appears to be no resolution in sight.  I would greatly appreciate any help you can give in expediting the return of my $5000.00 deposit. I hope to resolve this without having to retain an attorney.  Up to the point Sean and LRI Realty have been very professional and helpful.  This is my first real estate purchase and I rely heavily upon the expertise of the professionals.

  Now it is 12/1/2017 and not a single word from anyone regarding this matter. This company does not care about their clients enough to even respond to them. The energy that I have felt from them when there was correspondence between us was more of a "its not my money so who cares" type of attitude. Look elsewhere if you wish to be treated as a human being rather than another number
