  Really sad. I'm known for always looking on the bright side and seeing the good in a company. I did business with this company for years but then they were bought out-maybe that has nothing to do with their current sorry state, but now the staff is indifferent to the point of being rude. I suppose that could be overlooked but the party supplies are tired looking and poor quality. The rental office is close to Palm Beach where I live but there is nothing at this office. You can't pick up so much as a table cloth. All you can do is order from someone--if they bother to take the time to listen. After being disappointed by this company now known as Classic, I've decided to switch to Regency which is locally operated and excellent.
