  I took my wife to this location for her bi weekly makeup trip, we had been to this location several times since moving here. The employees were generally helpful but not great, however she knows what she needs so she doesn't need much. Went in Tuesday during the day, we mostly go in the evening. The staff was pathetic. They had two registers open, each one had customers when we went to the counter. waited five minutes as the line began to pile up. When the cashier finally finished ringing up the person in front of us, she turned and walked away without a word with us standing there. We waited another couple minutes for her to return, she did not. Another girl came and opened the register across from us and asked the cashier who was next and was told the person in her line was next, with us still standing waiting at the register next to us. The woman the motioned over even looked at us apologetically, horrible service. Dropped the stuff on the counter and walked out. Couldn't decide if it was because we were dressed down, because my wife is Indian, or because of basic ignorance. Anyways, drove to the Garden Mall location and everyone was awesome there. Just goes to show how a business can be great but the staff can seriously damage a particular location.
