  I have lived here since august 2016. Just renewed for another year. No problems. Office staff turnover has been very high. The current staff is very friendly and professional. A neighbor had at least 6 adults and NUMEROUS kids living in a 2 bd apt but it seems that is over now. I have no complaints really. Interiors are old for sure but decent.
